For the last fifteen years he has been instrumental in developing and training thousands of leaders seeking to improve their leadership skills. Expanding beyond the world of business Stephen has been heavily involved in community development serving leaders in non for profit organizations.
Stephen was the lead writer for the Urban Studies curriculum for North Central University. This community development curriculum has been replicated nationally for several other colleges and universities. For five years he taught courses for North Central University in the Urban Development department. and served as advisors for the Urban Development majors.
As a motivational speaker and trainer he has delivered inspiring messages to businesses,conferences, schools, camps, and rallies of thousands of audiences all over the nation and in 13 countries. With expertise in leadership development, teamwork, diversity, experiential education, and community transformation: Stephen challenges traditional thinking by inspiring change through creative experiences. As a consultant he has also assisted several businesses and non-profit organizations by through coaching executives and managers, leadership training, staff development, increasing profitability.
Stephen obtained his undergraduate degree in Urban Studies from North Central University, a Masters of Divinity with focus on Transformational Leadership from Bethel University, and is currently a Doctoral candidate (ABD) in Emerging Leadership at Bethel University.
